Letter Z coloring page
A big outlined capital Z zigzags across the page, with four dotted Z's underneath on a dotted line. The last letter of the alphabet suits children from about four to six. Trace across, down the diagonal, and across again, and say the sound. Zebra, zoo and zipper begin with Z. Color the big Z with black and white stripes like a zebra. Fits A4 and US Letter.

How to use the letter Z page
The capital Z and the small z are the same zigzag in two sizes: a line across the top, a slant down to the left, and a line across the bottom. Color the three lines in three colors. This is the last letter, so make it a celebration.
Both letters are three strokes without lifting the crayon: across to the right, slant down to the left, across to the right again. The sound is a buzzing bee: zip, zoom, zero. When the page is done, lay out all the letters your child has colored, from A to Z, and sing the alphabet song while pointing to each one. Zoom a toy car along the zigzag to finish.
Questions
We finished the alphabet. What next?
You can go back to favorite letters, spell your child's name with the pages, or move on to the number pages 0 to 9, which use the same style with a big number and a tracing row.
How do I tell Z and S apart for my child?
Z has straight lines and sharp corners, S is all curves. Running a finger along each one, sharp versus smooth, helps children feel the difference.
Is the letter Z page free?
Yes. Like every letter page, it is free to print for personal and classroom use, with no sign-up. Press "Print this page" or "Download SVG".
