Big rounded shapes make this Taj Mahal in Agra, India, a gentle first landmark for little hands. A tall onion dome sits between smaller domes, four banded minarets stand guard, and pointed arch doorways line the front. Below, a long pool reflects the building upside down, with rows of rounded cypress trees on each side. Thick lines suit children aged about 2 to 5. The real tomb is made of white marble, so try leaving the building white and coloring the pool bright blue with chunky crayons. Prints on A4 or US Letter.

Fluffy clouds drift above the Taj Mahal in Agra, India, built by the emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife. Here the grand dome, four slim minarets and arched facade rise behind a raised terrace with a small staircase. A paved walkway runs along each side of the long reflecting pool, where a row of fountain jets and an upside down reflection of the dome shimmer. Tall cypress trees frame the scene. Kids around 5 to 10 will enjoy it. Use soft pinks and oranges in the sky for a sunrise glow behind the white marble.

Fine lines trace every arch, panel and finial of the Taj Mahal in Agra, India, a white marble tomb completed in the 17th century. The view looks straight down the long reflecting pool, with its central line of fountains and a mirrored image of the dome stretching toward the bottom of the page. Neat rows of cypress trees, leafy shrubs and stone paving lead the eye to the terrace and four tall minarets. Older kids and adults who like architecture will find plenty to study. Try colored pencils in cool grays and pale blues for the water, keeping the building bright.

Peacocks perch in the corners and trail their spotted tails along the edges of this dense Taj Mahal page, set in Agra, India. Every surface of the dome, minarets and facade is covered in tiny lattice, floral and geometric patterns. Swirling clouds and a large mandala flower fill the sky, while lotus blossoms, lily pads and roses crowd the reflecting pool and borders. Experienced adult colorists will love losing themselves in the detail. Fine-tip markers in jewel tones (turquoise, emerald and deep violet) will make the peacocks and the patterned dome glow.
