Short answer: Supercoloring is the better pick for sheer breadth: it lists over 100,000 free printables, including worksheets, paper crafts and drawing tutorials, plus a free photo tool with no account. Coolorio, our own site, is the better pick for the same picture at four levels, no display ads, and a keepsake photo page with a name and date.
Coolorio is the site you are reading, so we have kept this fair and factual. Everything we say about Supercoloring comes from its public pages as we checked them in November 2026. Features change, so check both sites yourself.

What Supercoloring does well
Supercoloring is huge. Its home page lists over 100,000 free printables, and coloring pages are only part of it. There are worksheets, paper crafts, drawing tutorials and calendars too. If you want one site that covers a whole rainy afternoon, it has a lot to offer.
It also credits the artist on its pages, and licences vary by page: some are public domain and some are under a Creative Commons non-commercial licence. That is useful if you plan to share or reuse a page and want to know the terms.
Supercoloring runs in the same five languages as Coolorio. It lets you color online and add a name or title to a page before you print.
Its free photo tool is a real strength. When we checked, it said it was free to use without creating an account, accepted JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 16 MB, and deleted files automatically 7 days after creation. That is the same deletion window Coolorio uses.
What Coolorio does differently
Coolorio's catalog is much smaller, so the difference is in how each picture is made. Every picture comes at four levels. The easy version has thick lines and big areas for a toddler with a crayon. The expert version has fine texture and a full background for teens and adults. Our guide on choosing the right detail level by age explains which level suits whom.
Coolorio shows no display ads. Free pages print on A4 or US Letter, download as PNG, and geometric designs such as mandalas, letters and patterns also come as SVG. All free pages are free for personal and classroom use, with no sign-up.
For photos, Supercoloring's tool did not offer detail options when we checked. Coolorio lets you pick Simple, Medium, Detailed or Expert for the age of the person coloring. The result is a PDF in A4, US Letter or A3 with an optional name and the photo date on the page. The first page is free. Paid page packs are coming soon while the site finishes its launch.

When Coolorio is the better choice
- You have children of different ages and want the same picture at four levels.
- You prefer pages with no display ads around them.
- You want an SVG of a mandala, pattern or letter to scale or edit.
- You want a photo page drawn at a chosen level, with the child's name and the photo date, as a keepsake PDF.
- You want clear photo terms: stored privately in Sydney, Australia, deleted after 7 days, never used to train AI models. See our privacy policy.
How to try both
- Pick a subject, such as a cat or a mandala.
- Print one from Supercoloring and the same subject from the Coolorio mandala collection or animal collection.
- Give each to the person who will color it and see which one they finish.
- For a photo page, run the same photo through Supercoloring's free tool and Coolorio's free first page, then print both and compare the lines on paper.

Frequently asked questions

We did not see difficulty levels on its coloring pages, and its photo tool had no detail options when we checked. Coolorio offers each free picture at four levels and lets you choose a level for photo pages.
Which site has more coloring pages?
Supercoloring, by a wide margin. It lists over 100,000 free printables, while Coolorio has over 600 coloring pages. Coolorio's pages each come at four levels, so one picture can suit a toddler and a grown-up.
